COVID-19 POLICY UPDATES

It is expected that due to COVID-19 restrictions, the installation site must follow government regulations for mandatory masks and social distancing guidelines. Customer Choice Windows & Doors reserves the right to delay start of installation at the expense of the customer if these guidelines are not met. 

 

APRIL 20, 2021 - With the new rules for essential construction only bein supported by the province, the customer is required to provide proof as to why the installation is being considered essential in order to comply with the Ontario guidelines for COVID-19.
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Customer must provide a clear area for installation.
2. Garbage Bin to be provided by customer.
3. Customer should remove any valuables from the installation area.
4. 25% of total balance must be paid when all materials are delivered to site.
5. Account MUST be paid in full as per agreement: if not: NO WARRANTY and product belongs to Customer Choice Windows & Doors Inc.
6. For late payment, there will be a charge of 3% daily interest.
7. There will be a $45 charge for any bounced cheques.
8. PRO RATED WARRANTY includes:
5 Years on Glass

20 Years on Vinyl

1 Year on Parts & Labour
9. In case of customer fault: NO WARRANTY.

PAYMENT TERMS

PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS
1. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the contract.
2. The next 25% is to be paid when all materials have arrived on site.

3. The final 25% MUST be paid in FULL when all items have been installed.

 

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no service unless this contract is FULLY PAID. Customer Choice Windows & Doors does not assume any liability or responsibility after installation unless the contract is PAID IN FULL.
